Upgrade to Spoke Dispatch
If you've started splitting a day into 2-3 routes, or fielding calls asking where a delivery is, you've outgrown a free planner. This is what comes next.
Why upgrade?
A free delivery planner works well for simple routing needs; but at some point, you may find yourself outgrowing what any free tool can offer. If you need more than 20 stops, you’ll need to pay for route planning software. That’s true across the industry, not just here.
That typically happens when:
- Your routes are bigger than 20 stops. You're hitting the limit regularly and need more capacity.
- You're planning routes for multiple drivers. Free planners handle one route at a time, so coordinating a team means doing the same job several times over.
- Routes change after you’ve planned them. An order comes in, one gets cancelled, a road closes, and a route you optimized this morning is already wrong. Free-to-use route planners don't allow real-time route adjustments.
- Someone needs proof of delivery. A recipient says their order never arrived, and you have nothing to show them.
- People keep asking where their delivery is. Live visibility and delivery notifications are becoming standard.
If none of those sound familiar, the free planner is probably still the right tool for you. If two or three do, you've stopped doing route planning and started doing delivery operations.
Spoke Dispatch features
Go beyond 20 stops
Every plan has unlimited drivers, routes and dashboard users, and stops are counted monthly rather than per route. They’re not quite unlimited, but we're talking thousands, not 20!
With Dispatch, you can import stops in bulk, optimize routes across your whole team at once, and assign drivers to delivery zones so the same person covers the same area each day.

Best driver app on the market
Drivers get a real app instead of a link with Google Maps navigation built into it, so there's no switching between apps at every stop. It works with Android Auto and CarPlay, and comes with traffic and incident reporting.
To speed things up, drivers can scan a manifest or the packages themselves to build a route, then load the van in stop order.

Track drivers in real time
Dispatch puts every driver on one map, with delivery progress and ETAs that change dynamically. The map is built to work in rural areas as well as cities.

Make edits to live routes
Add a stop, delete one, or make any stop next (even after the driver has started their route). Their app updates instantly.

Collect proof of delivery
Every stop can carry a photo, a signature and a note, captured in the driver app. Barcode scanning confirms the right package went to the right place, and you can share a proof of delivery link with whoever's asking.

Send delivery notifications
Recipients get SMS and email updates as their delivery moves around, with a tracking page showing where it is. You’ll get far fewer calls asking where a delivery is!

Pricing
Plans start at $125 a month and include a monthly allowance of stops, with unlimited drivers, routes and dashboard users on all of them. Larger allowances and branded tracking come with higher plans.

Spoke Dispatch FAQs
Just a few minutes. Most new customers learn to import stops, plan routes and share them with drivers in one sitting.
No. It's a simple app with navigation built in, so drivers see their stops and get directions from the same screen. It's available in several languages, too.
Yes. You’ll have access to the full product during the trial, and you can cancel any time without being billed.
Courier teams, including growing ones. It's built for that job specifically rather than being a general logistics tool, which is also why it's simple to use: it does one job well.
